1. Cover the safety light curtain with your hand and observe if the indicator light is normal.


2. The photoelectric protection device of the punching machine shall not arbitrarily change the position of the photoelectric protection device during use.

3. In the protection zone, the light curtain should be blocked by hand and the machine should be able to stop working immediately.

4. When the slider is at the bottom dead center (180 degrees), the light curtain is blocked, and the machine slider should be able to return.

5. For a press that can only achieve top dead center protection, when the slider stops at the top dead center, the slider blocks the light curtain, and the next operation cannot be started.

6. After replacing the mold, the safety personnel must adjust the safety distance and safety position of the protection device.

7. When disassembling the light curtain and transmission line, the power should be turned off first, and must be operated by professionals to avoid danger.

8. Check that the transmitter and receiver of the safety light curtain are properly assembled in place with the respective cables and that the terminals of the cable are accurately connected to the power supply and controller.

9. The safety light curtain sensor is connected to the power supply. At this time, the light curtain sensor starts self-test, synchronization and self-calibration. After about 1 second, if the yellow indicator light of the transmitter is stable, the receiver indicator lights are all off, indicating that the light curtain sensor is normal. Working status.
