First, confirm whether the old-fashioned punch? Has it been modified?
We first confirm whether it is an old-fashioned punching machine. The safety grating can not directly control the old-fashioned punching rod connecting gear. It needs to be converted into an electromagnet or a cylinder type to control the punching machine. After the light-sweeping shutdown, it can automatically resume the work without any artificial action. Start the punch.
1. If not, then we install the safety light barrier directly;
2. If yes, modified, you can also install the safety grating directly;
3. If it is, it has not been modified, then we must first carry out the punch modification.
Second, confirm the punch tonnage
There are many types of punches in the punching machine. The second step is to confirm the tonnage of the punching machine, so as to confirm the protection height of the safety grating to be installed, and to see which type of safety grating needs to be installed.
Third, install safety grating bracket
Qily is applied to the brackets of the punching iron cantilever bracket (T), aluminum cantilever bracket (N), and reinforced bracket (J). According to the appearance of the punch, which bracket is suitable for installation, special custom brackets can also be used. Folding bracket).
Fourth, install safety grating sensor
The sensor is the transmitter and receiver of the safety light barrier. Install the safety light barrier sensor after installation with the bracket.
Five, install the controller
The controller has a built-in controller and an external controller, and the effect is the same.
1. The built-in controller needs to install the controller inside the punching box;
2. The external controller is generally installed on the side wall of the punching machine, which is convenient for the punching operator. The controller has switch buttons and signal prompts for safer operation of the punching machine.
Six, debugging punch
After the safety grating is installed, it is necessary to debug the press to see if the installation is successful. After repeated debugging, the worker can be allowed to operate the production.
